Maintenance Support Capability

 

In order to achieve a successful installation and to minimize costs, it is of paramount importance that the security contractor have a maintenance support capability in place and operational.  SPT corp. provides a full line of security maintenance programs, which provides monthly preventative maintenance of new and existing security systems.  SPT corp. also provides 24 hour emergency service for all of its clients.  All systems are signed over to the client with a one-year warranty that includes preventative maintenance on a regular basis by a qualified technician. 

 

After the initial one-year warranty period, SPT corp. can provide a Preventative Maintenance (PM) Service Agreement.  This Preventative Maintenance program protects the system from component failure, equipment malfunction or even every day wear and tear.  As an added protection, clients are visited monthly to ensure the operating status of the systems.  At such time the system software information will be backed-up on disc and archived to establish an up-to-date database which will minimize system down time and end-user reprogramming in the event of system failure.  The systems data will be supported by our in-house technical support network ensuring accurate system diagnosis in the event of system/equipment failure.  This information is critical in resolving system malfunctions as it provides us with the tools needed to rectify the problem with minimal business interruption.

During the years SPT corp. has been in business it has participated in the design, coordination and installation of security systems ranging in size from one card access control door to security management computer based systems controlling numerous doors, cameras and alarm points.  SPT corp. also provides its customers design assistance by coordinating system installations with architects, engineers and designated contractors to ensure the end product meets the expectations of the client.
